The lead male royal in both shows are both spoiled and cold relative to the world and those around them.
ZEN SNOW WHITE WITH THE RED HAIR SERIES
People in their respective series are easilly charmed by her and even enemies often totally change their personalities and views once those princesses get involved with them. The princesses are brash, with strong personalities, and high morals which neither is afraid to express even to the highest authories. The princess to be in both shows is both a foreigner with rare and unique traits from both the kingdom she is now in and from her own people.

The relationship between the two lead characters and their trials as well as how that relationship develops are quite similar. Snow White was the first thing that popped into my head as I watched The World is Still Beautiful. I really think you'd enjoy the show and/or manga if you liked Snow White with the Red Hair! :) While Snow White with the Red Hair is really good, I feel like Yona of the Dawn DEFINITELY tops it with hilarious characters, beautiful artwork, and a great storyline (and it's so underrated!). Yona of the Dawn is about a young princess who was banished from her kingdom and sets out with her childhood friend to find the four dragons. I actually found Yona of the Dawn after looking for some recommendations for shows like Snow White with the Red Hair, and I absolutely love it! (definitely top three for me) Both shows are shoujo anime which follow the story of a courageous red haired girl and take place in a fantasy setting. Yona of the Dawn is HILARIOUS and the storyline is really good as well so I think you'd enjoy it if you liked Snow White with the Red Hair.īoth Akatsuki no Yona (Yona of the Dawn) and Akagami no Shirayuki (Snow White with the Red Hair) are some of my favorite anime shows that I've watched so far. Yona of the Dawn is similar to Snow White with the Red Hair in the sense that they're both shoujo anime about a red haired FMC who lives in a fantasy world. I didn't realize I'd make such a long review but here's a shortened version:
